Sorry for just cutting off like that. Unfortunately those of you with sleep disorders will understand that sometimes it hits and you just go to sleep no matter what you are doing.

Anyhow, as I was saying, when I worked on my last online ministry we had never heard of a blog so we didn't use them. We did provide a message board, but very few people used it. We also built our own chat room, but there were not enough of us to keep watch on it for visitors all the time, and we did have a weekly newsletter for those who signed up for it.

But to be honest all of these things meant to make the site more personal actually made it less so because we were always working on it instead of what really mattered.

So, I decided to chuck them all out the proverbial window this time. And then, being the good little borderline personality I am, my anxiety disorder kicked in asking how we would replace them and my OCD insisted that it woek as well or better than before.

And then like a 2x4 to the head it hit me. By setting up a blog for each person all of these things would be covered plus one big advantage. Unlike in our sermons we can be more personal here and tell you what's going on un our lives. Hey, It'll be kind of like being in therapy except I won't have to pay you $100.00 an hour to listen to me.

Now I won't promise to post at certain times or intervals but I will be here as often as I can. The problem is that along with writing most of the things going up here I have to write the codes in to get them to look like web pages. Also I have my beautiful wife to spend time with as well as my 18 year old (I sgould be so old) son and dixteen year old horemone I mean daughter and everyone has to go places and guess who's the only driver. Joseph did just buy a car and get his learner's permit but while he is learning fast teaching him takes up still more time. So like I say I'll post as often as I can but please understand if I'm not always prompt.
